Milestone Certificate definition

Milestone Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer in relation to the achievement or otherwise of Milestones.
Milestone Certificate means a certificate as set out inAppendix “G”, prepared by the ESCo, for the approval of Canada, and executed by Canada and the ESCo. The purpose of the certificate is to certify that the Energy Savings claimed by the ESCo are reasonable and justified.
Milestone Certificate has the meaning set forth in Article 4.

  • The Independent Certifier issues a Milestone Certificate on the date that the Service Provider completes each Milestone.

Milestone Certificate means evidence acceptable to Verra of completion of the relevant Milestone;
