MICS definition

MICS means Minimum Internal Control Standards as adopted by the Director.
MICS means the Minimum Internal Control Standards established by the Commission pursuant to W.Va. Code §29-22E-15(e) that determine how interactive gaming systems are to be designed, operated and controlled.
