Microsoft Cloud Agreement or “MCA” means the Microsoft Cloud Agreement, in Microsoft’s then-current version, available via this link: https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/docs/customeragreement

More Definitions of Microsoft Cloud Agreement

Microsoft Cloud Agreement means the agreement between you and Microsoft for the licence and use of Microsoft Product (and Non-Microsoft Product as the case may be). A copy of the Microsoft Cloud Agreement has been provided to you. “Microsoft Agreement” means the collective agreement between you and which includes but is not limited to the Microsoft Cloud Agreement, Online Service Terms, Online Service Specific Terms, Microsoft SLA and Microsoft Acceptable Use Policy (which are referenced in the Microsoft Cloud Agreement).
Microsoft Cloud Agreement or “MCA” means the latest version of the Microsoft Cloud Agreement applicable to the End Users located here including all policies, terms and agreements referenced therein. The Microsoft Cloud shall be deemed a part of and shall be incorporated by reference into the Customer Agreement.
Microsoft Cloud Agreement means the Microsoft terms and conditions shown in Exhibit A hereto, which Microsoft requires NeoSystems to include in each of its Government Agreements.
