The Recipient shall carry out Parts A,C,D and E of the Project (including any activity proposed to be included in an Annual Work Plan, LIPF Micro-project or SHCS Micro-project), in accordance with the provisions of the Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) and the Pest Management Plan (PMP) and, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, any provision of the aforementioned.
The Beneficiary declares to be aware that any contracting within the Microproject is public procurement pursuant the Act No. 137/2006 Coll., the Public Procurement as amended.
The Microproject budget is included in the Annex II of the Agreement.
The Commune and the relevant Community-Based-Organization shall manage the Micro-project under conditions set up in an agreement to be entered between them, as defined in the Project Implementation Manual and in the Project Administrative, Financial and Accounting Manual.
As of the signing of the Agreement it is estimated that all documents connected to the Microproject implementation should be archived until January 1, 2028.
