MEWA definition

MEWA means any "multiple employer welfare arrangement" as defined in section 3 of the "Federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974," 88 Stat. 832, 29 U.S.C.A. 1001, as amended, except for any arrangement which is fully insured as defined in division (b)(6)(D) of section 514 of that act.
MEWA means a multiple employer welfare arrangement, within the meaning of Section 3(4)(A) of ERISA.
MEWA has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(d).
