Metro township definition
Metro township means the same as that term is defined in Section 10-2a-403.
Metro township or “Municipality” means the area within the territorial municipal limits of [insert Metro Township Name], and such territory outside of this Metro Township over which the [insert Metro Township Name] has jurisdiction or control by virtue of any constitutional or incorporation provisions or any law.
