Metering Provider definition

Metering Provider means a person who is engaged by the responsible person where the responsible person is not the relevant metering provider who is registered by, and accredited with, NEMMCO as a metering provider.
Metering Provider means a person or business that meets the requirements of the National Electricity Rules and is accredited by and registered as such with AEMO.
Metering Provider has the meaning given to that term in the Rules.
