Meritage definition

Meritage has the meaning set forth with respect thereto in the -------- preamble.
Meritage means Meritage Midstream ULC, an unlimited liability corporation subsisting under the laws of Alberta.
Meritage and "Company," respectively, as used herein shall mean such other corporation or entity, as appropriate, and this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
