Merchant Program definition

Merchant Program means the package of services offered by CCC and Bank to a Customer which enables a Merchant to make sales to Cardholders and which permits the Merchant to present Sales Records to Processor for payment and processing.
Merchant Program means the package of services offered by the Company or any of its subsidiaries and a Member Bank to a customer which enables a Merchant to (x) which permits the Merchant make sales to a credit or debit card holder or which permits the Merchant to present sales records to a processor for payment or processing, and/or (y) which permits the Merchant to present or re-present checks for authorization, guarantee, payment, settlement or processing.
Merchant Program shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Merchant shall not use the PayPal Marks other than to display decals, signage, advertising, and other forms depicting the PayPal Marks that are provided to Merchant by Global Direct pursuant to the Merchant Program or otherwise approved in advance in writing by Acquirer.

More Definitions of Merchant Program

Merchant Program means the package of services offered by BNG to acceptable merchants under this Agreement.
