Merchant Processing Agreement definition
Merchant Processing Agreement means a written agreement among LP, Provider And an Approved Merchant that governs the Approved Merchant's participation in the Processing Service, which agreement shall be acceptable to LP and Provider.
Merchant Processing Agreement means any agreement for provision of Processing Services or Products in effect between DCS and Merchant and, in some cases, a DCS Service Provider, and shall include any information provided by the Merchant as part of the agreement.
