Merchant Application definition

Merchant Application has the meaning set forth on the Merchant Application.

Merchant Application means the application which Merchant signed and submitted to Peoples Trust in order to be eligible to receive the payment processing services described in this TOS. (This definition of Merchant Application is consistent with that ascribed to it in the Merchant Application itself.)

Merchant Application means the Servicer application form completed by the Merchant, and which references these Terms and Conditions.

Examples of Merchant Application in a sentence

• By executing this Agreement, Merchant, its signing officer/owner/partner/principal and any Personal Guarantor acknowledge that Company has a legitimate business need for the information contained in any business and/or personal credit report that may be obtained in connection with this Agreement, and that this Agreement is a business Transaction that was initiated by the Merchant and any Personal Guarantor identified in the Merchant Application.

• The supply of Medeor to you incurs fees and charges, detailed within the Merchant Application that you have agreed to, which you agree to pay (Fees).

• The means of transmission indicated in the Merchant Application shall be the exclusive means utilized by Merchant until Merchant has provided Company with at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of Xxxxxxxx’s intention to change the means of such delivery or otherwise to alter in any material respect Merchant’s medium of transmission of data to Company or processing host.

• Merchant pricing appears in the Card Services Fee Schedule of the Merchant Application.

• This Agreement, including the Merchant Application, the Rules, and any exhibits to this Agreement, expresses the entire understanding of the parties with respect to its subject matter and except as provided herein, all prior or other agreements or representations, written or oral, are superseded.

Merchant Application means an application to use the Services available to members on the Billzy Payment Platform, submitted online through the Billzy website or other means made available by Billzy from time to time, which must be completed by an applicant and submitted to Billzy for approval.
