Memory Product definition

Memory Product means one or more integrated circuits, printed circuit boards, multi-chip packages or other assemblies with which such integrated circuits are attached or otherwise associated that are designed, developed, marketed or used primarily for storing digital information including, for example and without limitation, any DRAM, NAND Flash, NOR, PCM, dynamic, static, volatile, low volatility or non-volatile memory, whether as discrete integrated circuits, or as part of a SIMM, DIMM, multi-chip package, memory card (e.g., compact flash card, SD card, etc.) or other memory module or package.
Memory Product means for the purposes of this Warranty Statement any product listed below:
Memory Product. Any product (i) manufactured, marketed, under design or development or sold by the National Memory Business Unit, as defined in the Level 95 Report on National Semiconductor Part Numbers (including, but not limited to, Flash Memory Products, as defined in the Level 95 Report on National Semiconductor Part Numbers), as of the Closing Date or (ii) those products listed on Exhibit 1.24 which were historically manufactured by the National Memory Business Unit (but excluding DRAM and SRAM Memory Products).

  • For the purpose of the foregoing, the “main function and value” of any product shall be considered to be flash memory if (x) the total NAND flash memory array area is greater than [***] of the total die area or (y) the product is a cut-down or derivative of a standard NAND Flash Memory Product.

  • To avoid any doubt, Fujitsu is not entitled to multiple payments on a particular Flash Memory Product (specifically, Fujitsu shall not be entitled to payment for wafers sold to Spansion under the Foundry Agreement that are incorporated into the Flash Memory Products sold by Spansion to Fujitsu under the Distribution Agreement on which Spansion makes payments hereunder), and the Parties shall agree on a method to avoid such multiple payments.

Memory Product means any product containing the Compound that receives Regulatory Approval and is commercialized by MEMORY or its Affiliates or Licensees, including all formulations and modes of administration thereof for schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
