Membership shall become effective upon an applicant’s name being entered in the Membership Register.
Upon such Capital Contributions, the Directors shall cause Exhibit A and the Membership Register to be appropriately amended.
The name, address, original Capital Contribution, and initial Units quantifying the Membership Interest of each Member are set out in Exhibit A attached hereto, and shall also be set out in the Membership Register.
Subject to Section 10, upon surrender to the Company of a Membership Certificate for Interests duly endorsed or accompanied by proper evidence of succession, assignment or authority to Transfer, it shall be the duty of the Company to issue a new Membership Certificate to the person entitled thereto, cancel the old Membership Certificate and record the transaction upon its books and records and the Membership Register.
The name, address, original Capital Contribution, and initial Units quantifying the Membership Interest of each initial Member are set out in Exhibit A attached hereto, and shall also be set out in the Membership Register along with those Members admitted after to the Effective Date.
