Membership Register means a record of Members maintained by the Policyholder which contains information about Members including but not limited to any unique identification number of the Member, name, age, gender, Entry Date, Normal Retirement Date and Beneficiary.

Membership Register shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
