Members’ Representative definition

Members’ Representative means any director, employee, executive, officer, staff,partner, agent or representative of a Member (whether a natural person or corporation, including any employee, director, officer, partner, agent or representative of such a corporation), including, for the avoidance of doubt, a Responsible Individual;
Members’ Representative means an individual who has been authorized by a Member to file a Grievance, Appeal or a Complaint on behalf of a Member.
Members’ Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.01.
