This Agreement may be terminated by a vote in the Members Committee to terminate the Agreement by an affirmative Sector Vote as specified in the Operating Agreement and upon the receipt of all Required Approvals related to the termination of this Agreement.
The rights and obligations created by this Agreement and all Schedules and supplements thereto shall inure to and bind the successors and assigns of the Parties; provided, however, no Party may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the written consent of the Members Committee unless the assignee concurrently becomes the Load Serving Entity with regard to the end-users previously served by the assignor.
Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, any notice required hereunder shall be in writing and shall be sent: overnight courier, hand delivery, telecopy or other reliable electronic means to the representative on the Members Committee of such Party at the address for such Party previously provided by such Party to the other Parties.
The Finance Committee shall also review and comment upon any additional or amended budgets prepared by the Office of the Interconnection at the request of the PJM Board or the Members Committee.
