Member Cities definition

Member Cities or “Member Municipalities” means those cities that are parties to a then valid and existing joint powers agreement which, at the time of granting this Franchise, include Inver Grove Heights, Lilydale, Mendota, Mendota Heights, South St. Paul, Sunfish Lake, and West St. Paul.
Member Cities means those cities that are parties to a then valid and existing joint powers agreement which, at the time of granting this Franchise, include Birchwood Village, Dellwood, Grant, Lake Elmo, Mahtomedi, Oakdale, White Bear Lake, White Bear Township, and Willernie.
Member Cities means the cities of Garland, Princeton, Plano, Mesquite, Wylie, Rockwall, Farmersville, McKinney, Forney, Royse City, Allen, and Richardson and any other city that may legally become a part of the district.

Examples of Member Cities in a sentence

  • Upon the Effective Date of this Franchise and at all times thereafter until the Grantee has liquidated all of its obligations under this Franchise, the Grantee shall furnish and file with Commission, on behalf of all Member Cities, a bond in the sum of One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00) in such form and with such sureties as shall be acceptable to the Commission (“Bond”).

  • Capital Improvement Program Prioritization Committee – This Committee has been established by District and the Member Cities of Beaverton, Cornelius, Forest Grove, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, and Sherwood.

  • Upon the Effective Date of this Franchise and at all times thereafter, the City reserves the right to impose on Grantee an obligation to file with Commission, on behalf of all Member Cities, a bond in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) in a form and with such sureties as reasonably acceptable to Commission.

  • No later than the second anniversary of the Effective Date of this Franchise, Grantee shall: (i) be capable of serving a minimum of fifteen percent (15%) of the City’s households with Cable Service, provided, however, Grantee will make its best efforts to complete such deployment within a shorter period of time; and (ii) activate at least one (1) Remote Terminal capable of offering Cable Service in each of the seven (7) Member Cities.

  • Grantee acknowledges that the franchise held by the existing franchised cable communications provider within the Commission Franchise Area includes obligations for an Institutional Network for the benefit of the Member Cities and other institutions and to facilitate PEG uses of the I-Net.


More Definitions of Member Cities

Member Cities means the City of Phoenix, the City of Tempe, the City of Mesa, and the City of Glendale.
Member Cities means the Cities of Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Crystal, Golden Valley, Maple Grove, New Hope, Osseo, Plymouth and Robbinsdale, Minnesota, which are Members of Grantor pursuant to the Joint Powers Agreement. Upon withdrawal from Grantor, any former Member may become a Grantor pursuant to this Franchise and subject to the applicable withdrawal provisions of the Joint Powers Agreement. The Franchise may then be administered separately by that Member City as to its territorial boundaries, except that in no event should Grantee’s cumulative Franchise burden be increased thereby.
Member Cities means the cities of Cedar Park, Leander, and Round Rock.
