MDQ or “Maximum Daily Quantity” shall mean the maximum daily quantity of gas LMM commits to provide service for under this Agreement, as described in Part I of Exhibit “E”.

MDQ means the maximum quantity of gas (in GJ) which the Service Provider is obligated to receive from a User on any day under the Gas Transportation Agreement between the Service Provider and the User.

• Daily Quantity (“MDQ”) of natural gas transported under this Agreement shall be the MDQ stated in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

MDQ means the aggregate of the Shipper’s Delivery Point MDQ’s;
