For all purposes of this Agreement, with respect to any Mortgage Loan, delinquencies shall be determined and reported based on the so-called "MBA" methodology for determining delinquencies on mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loans.
In addition to the creative rights provisions contained in MBA Article 48, creative rights are subject to negotiation between Company and the Writer of the Picture.
