Maximum Principal Payment definition

Maximum Principal Payment for any Class of Notes and Payment Date means the related Investor Fixed Allocation Percentage of the Principal Collections from the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group for the Payment Date.
Maximum Principal Payment. With respect to any Distribution Date, the Investor Fixed Allocation Percentage of the Principal Collections for such Distribution Date.
