Maximum Exposure definition

Maximum Exposure means the HUF equivalent of the theoretical maximum amount of the Loan from time to time outstanding as detailed in the integral annex to the Multicurrency Loan Agreement and established by the Parties for specific intervals and accepted by the Bank and the Customer (the “Maximum Exposure”). The amount of the Maximum Exposure is determined by the Parties on the assumption that the total amount of the Loan will be drawn, and the Customer will meet its repayment obligation on the due dates specified in the Multicurrency Loan Agreement. In case it is agreed between the Bank and the Customer in the Multicurrency Loan Agreement, in the event the Customer fails to draw down the total amount of the Loan, the Bank shall have the right on the last day of the Period of Availability to decrease the amount of the Maximum Exposure from time to time in effect as specified by the Parties in the annex to the Agreement as follows: The Bank shall convert the amount of the Loan outstanding on the last day of the Period of Availability to HUF using the average of the MNB mean rates quoted over the 30 business days preceding the last day of the Period of Availability (rounded to the nearest HUF 5 amount), and divide the HUF amount so received plus an Exchange Rate Risk Reserve with the current amount of the Maximum Exposure then in effect. The Bank shall have the right to multiply the amount of the Maximum Exposure from time to time in effect as specified in the annex to the Agreement with this value on the last day of the Period of Availability, and to take into account the (decreased) amount so received as the amount of the Maximum Exposure from time to time in effect.
Maximum Exposure means 250 per cent. “Minimum Exposure” means 10 per cent.
Maximum Exposure means the maximum damage claim, without giving effect to the merits of the prima facie case or any defenses thereto, and in the case of a contingent claim, shall assume that the contingency will occur.
