Should the funding source for this Contract be eliminated or reduced, upon written notice to Contractor, County may reduce the Maximum Cost to County identified in section 4 to reflect that elimination or reduction.
The cost of processing a Change Order shall not be considered an event that will require an increase in the Maximum Cost of General Conditions.
