Material Plan definition

Material Plan means at any time a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $5,000,000.
Material Plan means at any time a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $25,000,000.
Material Plan means at any time a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $10,000,000.

More Definitions of Material Plan

Material Plan means, at any time, a Plan or Plans having aggregate Unfunded Liabilities in excess of $100,000,000.
