Material Asset definition

Material Asset means any asset which has a book value of RMB100,000 or more or has a material effect on the business operations of any Party.
Material Asset means an asset or assets having a fair market value in excess of $25,000,000.
Material Asset means any asset owned by any Loan Party that is, in the reasonable determination of the Borrower, material to the operation of the business of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.

More Definitions of Material Asset

Material Asset means: an asset or several assets cumulatively, whose aggregate book value exceeds 55% of the total consolidated assets of the Company according to its last consolidated financial statements or its last consolidated financial results that were published.
Material Asset has the meaning specified in Section 4.7.
Material Asset means any asset that is owned by one or more Covered Centerline Entities and is material to the business operations and/or financial performance or position of the Covered Centerline Entities, taken as a whole.

Material Asset means the (i) Collateral, (ii) any Closing Date Real Estate Property other than the Paramus Property, (iii) any other Property not described in clauses (i) or (ii) (whether tangible or intangible) of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries the aggregate Value of Borrower’s interest in which assets (including, without limitation, the assets of any Subsidiary the stock of which is so transferred) equals or exceeds 3.00% of Total Asset Value (other than those owned by Subsidiaries of Joint Ventures) and the respective JV Pro Rata Shares of the Value of the assets owned by Subsidiaries of Joint Ventures. For the avoidance of doubt, the Paramus Property shall not be deemed to be Material Assets.
