Master Transfer Agreement definition

Master Transfer Agreement. Any one of the Master Loan Transfer Agreements among the Sponsor and/or the Conduit Acquisition Trust, the Trustee and one or more Originators. For purposes of this Agreement the Master Loan Transfer Agreements are (x) the Master Loan Transfer Agreement dated as of June 15, 1997 among the Sponsor, the Trustee and the Affiliated Originators named therein and (y) any similar agreement with an Unaffiliated Originator designated as a "Master Transfer Agreement" together, in either case, with any related Conveyance Agreements (as defined therein).
