Master Tape consists of the compilation of underlying information and data regarding the Mortgage Loans covered by the Independent Accountants Report on Applying Agreed Upon Procedures dated March 23, 2004, as supplemented to the Closing Date, and rendered by Deloitte & Touche LLP. The "Mortgage Loan Seller Matters" consist of the following matters: the Mortgage Loans and the underlying real properties securing the Mortgage Loans; the related loan documents and the obligors thereunder; and the Mortgage Loan Sellers.
