Master Recording definition

Master Recording means the original recording produced for the Client in the course of the Booking on the media and in the format described in the Booking Form;
Master Recording means every form of recording (whether now known or unknown), embodying sound alone, or sound accompanied by visual images, which may be used in the recording, production, or manufacture of Phonograph Records;
Master Recording or "Recording" means any recording of sound, whether or not coupled with a visual image, by any method and on any substance or material, whether now or hereafter known, that is or is intended to be embodied on a Record.
