Master Documents definition

Master Documents means the Base Prospectus, the Final Terms, Pricing Supplement, Series Prospectus or Series Listing Particulars (as the case may be) and the Issue Deed, including the agreements created by such Issue Deed
Master Documents means the Master Definitions, Master Conditions, Master Trust Terms, Master Agency Terms, Master Custody Terms, Master Charged Assets Sale Terms, Master Placing Terms, Master Swap Terms and Master Securities Lending Terms.
Master Documents means the prospectus relating to the Note and the Issue Deed, including the agreements created by such Issue Deed.

  • Denbury has the legal right, power and authority (i) to execute and deliver the Assignment and to convey to Genesis the Production Payment and all of the rights and privileges appurtenant thereto and (ii) to execute and deliver this Agreement and the other Master Documents and to perform all of its obligations hereunder and thereunder.

  • Genesis will pay for all documentary, filing and recording fees required in connection with the filing and recording of the Master Documents.

More Definitions of Master Documents

Master Documents means this Agreement and all agreements executed in connection herewith or pursuant hereto, including, but not limited to the Assignment, the Contracts Assignment, and the T&P Agreement.

Master Documents shall have the meaning specified in the definition of Transaction Documents.
