You agree that your purchases and redemptions of Portfolio shares are subject to, and that you will assist us in implementing, the Market Timing Trading Policy and Additional Policies (as described in the Trust’s prospectus) and the Trust’s restrictions on excessive and/or short term trading activity and/or purchase and redemption activity that follows a market timing pattern.

If Fund considers, at any time, the adoption of Intermediary's or Intermediary's affiliate(s) Market Timing Policies in lieu of the Fund's Market Timing Policies for Customers investing through Intermediary, Fund shall provide Intermediary written notice of any such consideration at least 90 (ninety) days in advance of implementing any such policy and secure Intermediary's prior written consent to such arrangements.
Fund requests for Customer information shall be made no more frequently than quarterly except as the Fund deems necessary to investigate compliance with the Fund's Market Timing Policies.
The Company has adopted its own Market Timing policies and procedures and will apply these policies and procedures consistently to all contractowners.
