  • In the event that Purchaser is not satisfied with the changes agreed to by Purchaser, then Purchaser shall have the right to terminate this PSA upon its delivery of written notice to Seller (a “Termination Notice”) no later than 11:59 pm Eastern Time on the Market Study Termination Deadline.
