Maritime Link definition

Maritime Link means the transmission project which includes two 170-km sub-sea cables between the island of Newfoundland and the Province of Nova Scotia, developed by NSP Maritime Link Inc.;

Maritime Link means the transmission facilities to be constructed between the Island Interconnected System and the transmission system in NS in accordance with the Maritime Link Joint Development Agreement;

Maritime Link or “ML” means the transmission facilities to be constructed between the Island Interconnected System and the Nova Scotia Transmission System in accordance with the Maritime Link Joint Development Agreement;

Maritime Link or “NSP Maritime Link Inc.” means NSP Maritime Link Incorporated, a wholly owned direct subsidiary of ENL incorporated under the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador that is developing the Maritime Link Project;
