The Client agrees to use the Margin Facility only in connection with the acquisition, sale and/or holding of Marginable Securities.
Only the Marginable Securities determined and authorized by FirstMetroSec may be purchased using borrowed funds, or on Margin.
The amount of that Advance shall be equivalent to the sum of the contract price of such Marginable Securities purchased by the Client under that Purchase Transaction and all other amounts payable by the Client in relation to such purchase.
