Margin Facility definition

Margin Facility the credit facility provided by the Broker to the Client to facilitate the acquisition of securities and the continued holding of those securities under the Margin Account and for other related purposes;

Margin Facility means the facility granted by UOBKH to the Client for the purchase of Marginable Securities on the terms and conditions of this Agreement;

Margin Facility means the facility granted or to be granted by DBS Xxxxxxx to the Customer for the purchase of Marginable Securities on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Examples of Margin Facility in a sentence

• MARGIN GTN Asia may agree to provide a margin loan or collateralized facility (the "Margin Facility") in respect of my Trading Account, such facility to be secured by all cash, Securities and Other Property in my Trading Account or in other accounts held by me with GTN Asia or an Affiliate.

• I understand that I may repay the Margin Facility at any time by paying an amount to GTN Asia that is equivalent to the money borrowed and interest thereon.

• With respect to the Margin Facility, I will provide Collateral to GTN Asia in such amount, form and subject to such timing and valuation mechanics, as GTN Asia, in its sole discretion, requires.

• Where GTN Asia provides me with a Margin Facility, the statement will also set out the amount owed under the Margin Facility, the additional amounts available under the Margin Facility, and the amount of commissions, expenses and costs incurred by me in connection with the Margin Facility.

More Definitions of Margin Facility

Margin Facility means, in respect of each Transaction in which Xxxxxx is required, the facility which Velocity agrees to make available to the Customer for the purpose of funding the Margin;
