The Issuer will use the proceeds of issuance to fund the related Margin Accounts as may be required to maintain positions in the Reference Assets in order to replicate (to the degree practicable) the return of the Index or to pursue the Investment Strategy referenced by the Series taking into account the applicable Leverage Factor.
For such Margin Account(s), we will provide financial accommodation to facilitate the subscription of new shares of Securities, the acquisition of listed and/or unlisted Securities and, where applicable, for the continued holding of those Securities.
The daily net debit balance includes any credit and debit balances in Client’s cash and Margin Accounts during the period.
