Margin Accounts definition

Margin Accounts means, collectively, all Commodity Accounts and all Commodity Contracts.
Margin Accounts means, collectively, all Commodity Accounts and all Commodity Contracts and (to the extent not included in Commodity Accounts or Commodity Contracts) all Swap Contracts and cash forward contracts maintained by Borrower and its consolidated subsidiaries with respect to Hedged Inventory.
Margin Accounts means the Account(s) through which Margin Facility is made available; and “Secured Indebtedness” has the meaning ascribed thereto in Clause 7.1 of this Section.

Examples of Margin Accounts in a sentence

  • The Issuer will use the proceeds of issuance to fund the related Margin Accounts as may be required to maintain positions in the Reference Assets in order to replicate (to the degree practicable) the return of the Index or to pursue the Investment Strategy referenced by the Series taking into account the applicable Leverage Factor.

Margin Accounts means the margin securities trading accounts(s) which the Client established with Evergrande Securities (Hong Kong) pursuant hereto to govern the purchase and sale of securities effected by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (Hong Kong) as agent on behalf of the Client and in respect of which Evergrande Securities (Hong Kong) provides the Client with the Credit Facilities.

Margin Accounts means one or more accounts maintained by Saxo Capital Markets from time to time to record the Client’s purchase or sale of Instruments and Contracts and is included in the definition of “Account” in the General Business Terms.
