Manure definition

Manure means the same as defined in section 459.102.
Manure means livestock excreta. "Manure" includes the following when intermingled with excreta in normal farming operations: debris including bedding, water, soil, hair, and feathers; processing derivatives including separated sand, separated manure solids, precipitated manure sludges, supernatants, digested liquids, composted bio-solids, process water; and runoff collected from barnyards, animal lots, and feed storage areas.
Manure means a material that consists primarily of excreta from livestock, poultry or other animals.
