Manufacturing Price definition

Manufacturing Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a)(i).
Manufacturing Price means the price for Manufacture of a Drug Substance, as set forth in Attachment 1.
Manufacturing Price means the costs required for Senju to either manufacture or purchase an individual unit of the Licensed Product under this Agreement, but excluding the cost of any active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) contained in such Licensed Product. More Definitions of Manufacturing Price

Manufacturing Price means the prices set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto, which may be changed from time to time in accordance with this Agreement, and which prices are exclusive of freight, insurance and like charges, and net of any taxes, discounts, returns, refunds and collection costs.
