Mandatory Redemption Dates definition

Mandatory Redemption Dates means those dates on which outstanding Bonds will be mandatorily redeemed by the Local Government Unit in accordance with the terms of the Bonds and the Purchase Proposal.
Mandatory Redemption Dates means, as to Bonds, if any, which are Term Bonds, the date specified in the Certificate of Award as the dates on which such Term Bonds are to be redeemed through the application of Mandatory Sinking Fund Installments.

More Definitions of Mandatory Redemption Dates

Mandatory Redemption Dates means the dates to be specified in the Certificate of Fiscal Officer in which such Bonds that are Term Bonds are to be redeemed pursuant to applicable Mandatory Sinking Fund Requirements.
