Managed Security Services or “MSS” means a subscription service consisting of either assessment, operations, detection and/or response services as specified and agreed in the Delivery Agreement.

Managed Security Services or “MSS” means the service of providing managed security services and related Products as set forth in a Quote.

Managed Security Services means network security services performed by a private company or contractor. Selecting a managed security service includes but is not limited to the set up, configuration, operations, maintenance and monitoring of your security infrastructure. This applies to firewalls, intrusions detection systems, syslog servers, and network monitoring equipment.

• We will use all reasonable efforts to activate the Managed Security Services within 48 hours of successful installation and/or connection of the relevant Firewall by you in accordance with any instructions we may give or send to you for that purpose.

• The plan shall indicate how the Services are branded and communicated, how stakeholder needs will be assessed, what outreach efforts will be deployed to help meet those needs, what efforts will be employed to ensure growth of the services over time, and how satisfaction with Managed Security Services will be measured and improved.

More Definitions of Managed Security Services

Managed Security Services means any managed security services to be provided by VCG to the Customer as stated in the Proposal, subject to the additional terms and conditions in Schedule 5 (Managed Security Services);
