Managed Security Service means the provision by us of management and monitoring of your Firewall, as described in these T&Cs, and any applicable Agreement(s) and/or Service Level Agreements.

• You acknowledge and agree that Managed Security Service does not guarantee full protection from all security, vulnerability and/or compliance risks or threats.

• Subject to applicable state law, Managed Security Service will automatically renew for a like Term at the end of the applicable initial or renewal Term period unless either Party delivers written notice of non-renewal to the other Party at least 60 days prior to the end of the applicable Term.

Managed Security Service means a network and system security

Managed Security Service or “MSS” means the service provided by Licensee to Licensee’s customers which includes deployment and ongoing configuration management of the Licensor Software on behalf of Licensor’s customers.

Managed Security Service means a managed security service within the meaning of point (40) of Article 6 of Directive (EU) 2022/2555;
