Managed Entities definition

Managed Entities means the Persons to whom RMR, directly or indirectly, provides management services.
Managed Entities means NRF and all other entities that have entered into an asset management agreement or a similar investment advisory contract with NSAM or one or more of its subsidiaries.
Managed Entities means any Person for which the Borrower or any of its Affiliates provides or intends to provide management or administrative services, excluding each of the Excluded Subsidiaries (other than the Captive Insurance Subsidiaries).

Managed Entities means Persons (other than Subsidiaries) where the Company or its Subsidiaries fully operate all aspects of the business of such Persons through management service or other Contracts.

The foregoing financial statements shall not be materially inconsistent with the forecasts and unaudited financial statements provided to the Arranger Group as of the effective date of the Commitment Letter. The forecasts and unaudited financial statements included in the Final Disclosure Statement shall not be materially inconsistent with the forecasts and unaudited financial statements provided to the Arranger Group as of the effective date of the Commitment Letter.
Managed Entities means any fund or managed account which is managed and/or advised by a member of the Group;
