Mammoth has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereto.
Mammoth means Mammoth Energy Services, Inc., and its past, present, or future, predecessors, successors, parents, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, assigns, divisions, directors, officers, agents, attorneys, advisors, employees, representatives, and any other Persons acting on their behalf.
