Make-Whole Redemption Period definition
Make-Whole Redemption Period means the period beginning on (and including) September 3, 2025 (six months following the Issue Date) to (but excluding) the Par Redemption Date; provided that if any additional notes of the same series are issued after the Issue Date, the Make-Whole Redemption Period for such additional notes shall begin on (and include) the date that is six months following the issue date for such additional notes.
Make-Whole Redemption Period means either the 2028 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Make-Whole Redemption Period or the 2030 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Make-Whole Redemption Period, as applicable.
Make-Whole Redemption Period means the period beginning on (and including) February 17, 2022 (six months following the Issue Date) to (but excluding) August 17, 2028 (the “Par Redemption Date”); provided that if any additional notes of the same series as the Debt Securities are issued after the Issue Date, the Make-Whole Redemption Period for such additional notes shall begin on (and include) the date that is six months following the issue date for such additional notes.

Make-Whole Redemption Period means any of the 2024 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Make-Whole Redemption Period, the 2027 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Make-Whole Redemption Period or the 2032 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Make-Whole Redemption Period, as applicable.
Make-Whole Redemption Period means the period commencing on, and including, April 30, 2026 and ending on, and including, April 22, 2030.
Make-Whole Redemption Period means either the 2025 Notes Make-Whole Redemption Period or the 2032 Notes Make-Whole Redemption Period, as applicable.
Make-Whole Redemption Period means the period commencing on, and including, October 30, 2024 and ending on, and including, October 22, 2033.
Make-Whole Redemption Period means the period commencing on, and including, January 30, 2025 and ending on, and including, January 22, 2029.
Make-Whole Redemption Period means either the 2026 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Make-Whole Redemption Period or the 2028 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes Make-Whole Redemption Period, as applicable;
Make-Whole Redemption Period means the period commencing on, and including, February 1, 2027 and ending on, and including, January 22, 2029.
