Make-up Period definition

Make-up Period means (i) in respect of each Liquidated Reference Obligation, the period commencing on (and including) the Payment Date immediately following the Event Determination Date in respect of that Liquidated Reference Obligation to (and including) the Payment Date immediately following the date on which the Verified Loss Amount is determined in respect of that Liquidated Reference Obligation and (ii) in respect of each Defaulted Reference Obligation in respect of which the related Credit Event has been Cured, the period commencing on (and including) the Payment Date immediately following the Event Determination Date in respect of that Defaulted Reference Obligation (such Event Determination Date to be determined as if the relevant Credit Event Notice has not been deemed rescinded as a result of the relevant Credit Event having been Cured) to (and including) the Payment Date immediately following the date on which the Credit Event in relation to that Defaulted Reference Obligation has been Cured.
Make-up Period means (i) in respect of each Liquidated Reference Obligation, the period commencing on (and including) the Payment Date immediately following the Event Determination Date in respect of that Liquidated Reference Obligation to (and including) the Payment Date immediately following the date on which the Verified Loss Amount is determined in respect of that Liquidated Reference Obligation and
Make-up Period has the meaning set forth in Clause 3.2.1; “Maximum Export Capacity” has the meaning given to it in the Transmission Connection Agreement;

Examples of Make-up Period in a sentence

  • The occurrence of Force Majeure events during the Make-up Period shall give rise to a further extension of the Make-up Period.

  • All terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the respective rights and obligations of the Parties shall remain unchanged for the duration of the Make-up Period.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Class C Conversion Date shall be extended with respect to any Class C Units held by any Class C Member for the duration of any Makeup Period (as defined in the Members Agreement) applicable to any VPR associated with such Class C Units.

  • However, the Makeup Period provision still exists with the ability to achieve the Benchmark and still receive the corresponding Benchmark-related payments prior to the occurrence of the next succeeding measurement period.

  • The amount of Shortfall Energy shall first be reduced by the amount of any Excess Energy delivered during the applicable Shortfall Makeup Period.


More Definitions of Make-up Period

Make-up Period has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.1.3;
