Major Services definition

Major Services means Services identified as such in this Appendix D and for which Parties expect that, in the normal course of business and under normal operating conditions, they shall provide on a regular or day-to-day basis. “Incidental Services” shall mean Services identified as such in this Appendix D and for which the Parties expect that, in the normal course of business and under normal operating conditions, they shall provide infrequently or, if provided on a regular or day-to-day basis, shall not be within a fiscal year more than 10% of the dollar amount of the total operating and maintenance expense of either Party from the prior fiscal year.
Major Services means Services identified as such in this Appendix C and for which Parties expect that, in the normal course of business and under normal operating conditions, they shall provide on a regular or day-to-day basis. “Incidental Services” shall mean Services identified as such in this Appendix C and for which the Parties expect that, in the normal course of business and under normal operating conditions, they shall provide infrequently or, if provided on a regular or day-to-day basis, shall represent an insignificant amount of intercompany services provided by the Providing Party.
Major Services means those services contemplated in section 17(5);
