Major Construction definition

Major Construction means any Construction that is reasonably anticipated to cost in excess of
Major Construction means any change in pipeline routing, either horizontally or depth, or replacement of existing pipe of one hundred feet or more in length.

More Definitions of Major Construction

Major Construction means any of the work referred to in section 3.1(a), other than standard construction, where
Major Construction means the Initial Development and any other Construction consisting of a whole Building to be built by Tenant (but not by a Subtenant or other Person).
Major Construction means planning, designing, construction, erection, installation, modification, repair, maintenance, reconstruction, rehabilitation, reinstallation, removal, relocation or replacement of the Track that includes: (i) activities requiring the excavation of soil that would alter or disturb the Premises; (ii) activities requiring the use of heavy machinery within fifty (50) feet of the Track or upon the Premises; (iii) activities involving the Fouling (as hereinafter defined) of the Track; (iv) activities creating a significant risk of the Fouling of the Track; or (v) activities requiring the sheltering of the Industry’s Facilities (as hereinafter defined) or Equipment (as hereinafter defined) in shelters located closer than 25 feet from the nearest portion of the Track. In addition, the parties agree that all activities on the Premises prior to the Revenue Commencement Date (as hereinafter defined) shall be deemed to be “Major Construction” even if such activities do not include activities described in (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) or (v) above.
Major Construction means a project to construct and install, expand, or modify fixed assets, beyond the wellhead, that are required for Joint Operations, or the dismantlement, abandonment, removal, and restoration of platforms, production equipment, and other operating facilities.
Major Construction means any Construction (i) of Alterations whose costs of materials, construction and labor exceeds $15,000,000.00 (subject to an adjustment every five (5) years equal to the CPI Adjustment Factor), as estimated by a licensed architect; or (ii) that would significantly adversely affect the Relocated Nuclear Plant Facilities or the Nuclear Power Plant.
Major Construction means the construction of any new pipeline that originally is estimated to cost $100,000 or more. As used in this rule, cost includes only the direct costs associated with the construction.
