Software shall include any Maintenance Modification or Enhancement thereto created by VENDOR from time to time during the Warranty Period of this Agreement and/or thereafter during the term of any effective Maintenance Agreement.
Such response shall include as appropriate: (i) reviewing the Error with Cadence; and (ii) gathering additional information about the Error; and (iii) analyzing the Error to determine its cause; and (iv) providing an Error solution if already known; and (v) where required providing a Maintenance Modification.
Vendor will use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide a Maintenance Modification to correct any Errors in the Licensed Works reported by Cadence.
