Maintenance Days definition

Maintenance Days means the Days, whether consecutive or not, nominated by Premier Transmission pursuant to this section 10, as Days during which acceptance of gas for delivery to or making gas available for offtake from that part of the Transportation System as may be subject to maintenance, may be reduced (if necessary down to zero) due to Maintenance on the Transportation System.

Maintenance Days has the meaning given in Section I paragraph 4.4.1 of the IUK Access Code;

Maintenance Days has the meaning given in Section I paragraph 4.4.1 of the IUK Access Code; “Maintenance Days Limit” has the meaning given in Section I paragraph 4.4.1 of the IUK Access Code;

Examples of Maintenance Days in a sentence

• MDL will use its reasonable endeavours to limit the number of Maintenance Days for the carrying out of Scheduled Maintenance on the Maui Pipeline.

• The sum of Injection Maintenance Days and Withdrawal Maintenance Days (and the Injection Maintenance Factors and Withdrawal Maintenance Factors applying on such Days) shall not exceed what is reasonably required for the purposes of maintenance.

• The sum of Unplanned Injection Maintenance Days and Unplanned Withdrawal Maintenance Days (and the Unplanned Injection Maintenance Factors and Unplanned Withdrawal Maintenance Factors applying on such Days) shall not exceed what is reasonably required for the purposes of unplanned maintenance.

More Definitions of Maintenance Days

Maintenance Days means the Days, whether consecutive or not, nominated by the Transporter pursuant to this section 10, as Days during which acceptance of gas for delivery to or making gas available for offtake from that part of the West Transmission System as may be subject to maintenance, may be reduced (if necessary down to zero) due to Maintenance on the West Transmission System.

Maintenance Days has the meaning given in Section I paragraph 5.4.1 of the Interconnector Access Code;

Maintenance Days means such days (whether consecutive or non consecutive, and whether business or otherwise) which the Transmission Licensee may require in order to carry out routine maintenance to the Transmission System, and which may involve De-Energisation of the Service Connection;

Maintenance Days means the Days, whether consecutive or not, nominated by the Transporter pursuant to this section 15, as Days during which acceptance of gas for delivery to or making gas available for offtake from that part of the NI Network as may be subject to maintenance, may be reduced (if necessary down to zero) and/or where flows may be required at certain rates over certain periods due to Maintenance including In- line Inspection Maintenance on the NI Network; and

Maintenance Days means the Days, whether consecutive or not, nominated bythe Distribution Transporter pursuant to this Section 14 as Days during which acceptance of Natural Gas for delivery from that part of the Distribution System as may be subject to maintenance, or making Natural Gas available for offtake from that part of the Distribution System as may be subject to maintenance, may be reduced (if necessary down to zero) due to Scheduled Maintenance on the Distribution System.‌

Maintenance Days has the meaning given in Clause 11.4.1 of Appendix B;

Maintenance Days means the maximum number of days that National Grid would expect to spend undertaking Planned Maintenance on a particular item of Off-Network National Grid Metering Equipment;
