Maintenance Capex definition

Maintenance Capex means the amount, expressed in national currency, of the investments in maintenance executed in the Fiscal Year.

Maintenance Capex means the sum of $10,000,000 or such greater sum as the Required Lenders shall in their discretion determine from time to time based upon the annual budget of the Borrower.
