MAC List means the list of unit prices established by Prime for multi-source Covered Drugs, each such unit price specified by Generic Product Identifier ("GPI") and including the dates for which such price was in effect. The MAC List is maintained by Prime and updated from time to time in accordance with this Exhibit and the BPA Addendum.

MAC List means Administrator’s Maximum Allowable Cost List(s) of Generic drugs that will be reimbursed to Network Pharmacies at the compensation levels established by Administrator. United acknowledges that Administrator has established more than one MAC and such MAC List(s) are subject to periodic review and modification by Administrator. Administrator shall provide the MAC List to United on a quarterly basis and shall provide notice to United of any changes to the medications on the MAC List selected by United.
