Such reinstatement and making good is to comply with LUL Standards in force at the time of reinstatement and notified to the Licensee in writing.
If the report contains a recommendation that further investigations are required, or LUL reasonably considers that further investigations are required as a result of the report, the Licensee shall arrange at its own cost, for such further investigations as LUL may require.
