Long Term Access definition

Long Term Access means the right to use the intra-State transmission and/ or distribution system for a period exceeding 12 years but not exceeding 25 years;
Long Term Access means the right to use the inter-State transmission system for a period exceeding 12 years but not exceeding 25 years;
Long Term Access means the Open Access in the intra-State transmission system or distribution system for a period exceeding 12 years but not exceeding 25 years;

Long Term Access means the right to use the intra-State transmission system or distribution system for a period exceeding seven (7) years or as may be notified by the Central Commission from time to time;
